Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with all original tags, cards, accessories, and packaging intact.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.
Time Frame
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Process for Returns
- To start a return, please contact us at dothe@duubduub.com. Upon receiving your return request, we will review it and notify you of its acceptance or rejection.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Please note that you are responsible for bearing the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at dothe@duubduub.com. We will address the issue and guide you through the correct process to make things right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item using our return process. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you if the refund was approved. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we notified you of your refund approval, please contact us at dothe@duubduub.com.
