Shipping policy

  1. Scope of Delivery We deliver our weighted skip ropes to all locations within Malaysia, including both East and West Malaysia. International shipping to Thailand and Australia is in the pipeline and will be available soon.
  2. Shipping Fees | Shipping fees are based on the delivery location. Fees for shipments to West Malaysia may differ from those to East Malaysia. The specific shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
  3. Processing Times | Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after order placement. Processing includes checking, packing, and handing it over to our logistics partner.
  4. Delivery Times | 
    1. Delivery to West Malaysia typically takes 3-5 business days.
    2. Delivery to East Malaysia can take 5-7 business days.
    3. These are estimated times and may vary based on logistic partner operations and the specific location within Malaysia.

  5. Shipping Carriers | We are currently finalizing our logistics partners. The selected carrier will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of your order.   6. Tracking Your Order | Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the logistics partner’s website to track the real-time status of your delivery. 
  7. Shipping of Multiple Items | If your order includes multiple items, we will attempt to send all items in one package. However, depending on product availability, your items may be sent in separate packages at no additional shipping cost to you.
  8. Lost or Damaged Items | We strive to ensure that every package arrives safely. If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with our logistics partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  9. Address Changes and Delays | Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order, as changes cannot be made once the shipment is on its way. Rural areas may experience slight delays.
